Choose Healthy Life’s 2025 National Conclave brought together faith leaders, health advocates, and partners for an incredible day of inspiration and action around our theme of “Owning Your Health”.

CHL leadership, including CHL Founder & Board Chair Debra Fraser-Howze, CHL President & CEO Rev. Kimberly L. Williams, Host Pastor Rev. David Jefferson Sr, Esq., and CHL Clergy Council Co-Chair Rev. Al Sharpton recognized our amazing partners, Health Navigators, clergy members, and more.

The event also featured a moving performance by JJ Hairston and the “Community Voices Against Cancer” panel presented by BlackDoctor.org.
